The planned development will utilise Modern Methods of Construction to create 45 Business Units using steel cladding at 8m height. The Green Business Park will have no gas feed. The scheme will also feature a solar strategy supplying each unit as well as designated EV Charging Points.

The scheme was designed by John McCall Architects, will be built by Caddick Construction Limited with ARP providing engineering and Ridge providing Employers Agent services.
