West Lancashire Borough Council has recently been considering plans to build new affordable Council homes within the community.  Tawd Valley Developments will be responsible for exploring the options. The area in question is Fleetwood Farm, Church Road, Banks, PR9 8ET .

Tawd Valley Developments Ltd would like to invite you to an engagement ‘drop-in’ event, to be held:

Tuesday 1 October 2024 3.30pm to 7.30pm
St Stephens Institute and Club, 12 Hoole Lane, Banks PR9 8BD

The aim of the event is to share with residents the proposed plans and to invite questions and feedback on our proposals. Once we have gathered feedback it will be considered to form part of any final proposals, which will be subject to Council approval.
