DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OFFICER
Tawd Valley Developments is seeking to appoint a Development Project Officer to work as part of our small and dynamic team, to support the Development Project Manager and other TVD colleagues in delivering affordable housing, housing for the private market, and other forms of commercial development ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification and achieving both strong value for money and social value outcomes.
This key role is a great opportunity to join an ambitious local authority owned property development company and to be directly involved in our growing number of exciting projects including the recently approved Masterplan for Skelmersdale Town Centre.
