West Lancashire Borough Council is considering plans to build new affordable Council homes within the community and has tasked Tawd Valley Developments with reviewing the feasibility, preparing the plans and ultimately delivering the scheme, subject to necessary permissions.
The area in question is Hall Green Close, Up Holland, WN8 0PF.
Tawd Valley Developments Ltd would like to invite you to an engagement ‘drop-in’ event, to be held:
Monday 14th October 2024, 3pm to 5pm
Artz Centre, Hall Green, Up Holland, Skelmersdale WN8 0PB
The proposals are to replace the existing building and former warden’s flat on Hall Green Close, Up Holland. These proposals do not involve the bungalows currently surrounding the site. There will be no changes to the bungalows as part of this redevelopment.
The aim of the event is to share with residents the proposed plans and to invite feedback on our proposals. Feedback is required by 21st October. You can give us your thoughts using the form
